Big or Small, We do it all!
We have been heavily involved in construction for nearly 30 years, initially doing small refurbishments and conversions gradually moving into bigger and more complex jobs. Our projects could range from simple renovations of houses and flats to more complex large scale conversions of listed building and out and out new builds.
Our largest single construction project was the conversion of an old listed Victorian school building into 44 flats that involved building a new build on top of the existing top story. In addition, we have built and obtained planning consent for new build schemes from single one off houses up to 60 flats.
