Beeching House - Winchester

A brand new 3 bedroom detached house by Aquitaine Developments in conjunction with the Clydesdale Group and Radley House Architects. 

Aquitaine Developments acquired Prospect House, the original signal cottage for the railway. Planning was obtained to build a new house in part of the garden in-between Prospect and our previous development Pipe Kiln Court .

A traditionally designed 3 bed 2 bath House built on a very tight plot with a contemporary interior, Beeching House is an example of creating new properties on brownfield sites which is our speciality.

Rather than being a pastiche of traditional design, Beeching House flows seamlessly between the existing properties as if it has stood there for a hundred years...
