Having successfully gained planning to add an additional storey, Clydesdale created 2 x 1 bed penthouse apartments on top of an existing block utilising unused space on a property within their existing portfolio. By using innovative modern methods of construction this has enabled us to not only create additional homes, but greatly improve the overall aesthetic of the block. Transforming it from an ugly typical 60’s built block of flats, to a stunning modern looking building that provides additional outside private space to all the flats.
